Memory Loss

He was hiding something from me when I woke up in that bed.

It actually seemed like everyone was different, maybe it was all in my head.

My hair was much longer and my fingers looked so thin.

I did not know what was happening, I had no idea where my mind had been.

I found out later that three years had past.

I had missed so much time and my fear was growing fast.

Nothing was how I remember it and everyone’s life had changed.

I knew I could not go back but it seemed unfair that there were memories that I could not regain.

My life moved on quickly as I started to recover.

There was so much still to discover.

One Response to “Memory Loss”

  1. It was certainly interesting for me to read the post. Thanx for it. I like such themes and everything connected to them. I definitely want to read more soon.
